Spirulina Oatmeal Bowl


I love this bowl, as its an easy way to get some power greens into your breakfast without needing to blend up a #greensmoothie or force-feed yourself raw spinach. 


- 1/3 cup rolled oats

- 1 tsp maca powder

- 1 tsp spirulina powder

- 2 tsp chia or flax  

- small handful of almonds or other nut (raw or blanched, not with added salt or sugar!) 

- 1 cup water or nut milk


Mix all the above in a microwave safe bowl and nook it on high for 1-2 mins OR cook it stovetop, stirring until cooked.  

Top with desired 1/4-1/2 cup of fruit (here, mango strawberry and banana), hemp seeds, almond butter, you get the idea. Enjoy!
