Apple Pie Baked Oats
This baked breakfast was as comforting as Grandma’s kitchen— and as deceiving as Gwen Paltrow’s. Hidden in this delicious dish is a serving of veggies that not only blend in seemlessly, but even complement it. You’ll fool your kids (if you have any), and you’ll probably forget you put them in there yourself!
Might I also recommend this as a dessert with some vegan vanilla ice cream? My go-to brand is DF Maven, or make your own nicecream!
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/2 scoop @eatvegansmart vanilla protein
- 1 tbsp @bobsredmill ground flax
- 1/3 cup riced cauliflower
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 small apple, chopped
Mix everything together and spray a ceramic dish with coconut oil. Pour into dish and bake at 350F for 20 mins. Let cool and devour.
