Carrot Cake Caulioats
GATHER:
1/4c oats
1/4c riced cauli
1/4c shredded carrot
1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I used Live vegan Smart, or can use collagen or hemp protein with vanilla extract)
1 tbsp chia seeds
cinnamon
DO THIS:
Mix all with about 1 cup water or almond milk and microwave or stovetop cook. Topped here with banana, blackberries, strawberries and raw almond butter— but you do you.
