Bluecrush Smoothie

This has been my go-to smoothie as of late, and not even close to getting tired of it. Full disclosure: it’s more a charcoal purple than blue. 

GATHER: 

- 1 cup frozen riced cauliflour  

- 1 cup spinach (frozen or fresh)

- 1 cup frozen blueberries  

- 1 frozen banana  

- 2-4 frozen coconut chunks 

- 1 serving Equilibrium Nutrition Daily Nutritional Support Powder (or desired vegan protein powder)

- 1 tbsp fruit & vegetable blend powder (optional- can also add spirulina, matcha, maca, etc) 

- 10oz water/coconut water/almond milk

- extra berries, banana, coconut etc to top if desired

 

DO THIS: 

Blend it. Spoon it. Love it.
