Meet Lex: my dear friend, fellow health coach, fitness trainer, and intuitive chef in New York City. From growing up as a gluten-free kid with a highly restrictive diet to becoming a fitness trainer in NYC, Germany, and back again, Lex’s personal experience and work with clients quickly taught her the importance of clean eating and how the simple art of home cooking is the most basic act of self-care. Now, she works as an at-home holistic chef, guiding clients how to eat well for their lifestyle and become their own intuitive chef.
